- To respond to your request and contact you about your case, using the methods you agreed to.
- To review whether surplus funds (excess proceeds) may exist in your case and to provide the services you ask for.

- When required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not share your phone number or your consent to receive calls or text messages with third parties for their own marketing.
Calls, texts, and emails
We contact you only in the ways you agreed to. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us on a call, emailing info@guardianhomeequity.com, or, if we text you in the future, replying STOP. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of receiving any service.
